The guestroom at Lazar Residency Homestay was absolutely amazing! The 24-hour room service was a game-changer, and the premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The free WiFi was a nice touch, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot Kochi weather. Plus, having a private bathroom with a shower was so convenient. I also loved that some rooms had a seating area for extra comfort. I felt completely pampered and relaxed during my stay.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the triple room a bit unnecessary.

The host ensured we had a perfect experience in Kochi. The bed was comfortable after a long flight. There was TASTY breakfast with fresh juice, we loved it.

Joy and his family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even providing us with a delicious meal when we arrived late at night. We loved the breakfasts and appreciated their help in planning our time in the area. We truly felt at home and can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They provided us with valuable information about the city and helped us plan our itinerary. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a working air conditioning system. the location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance to most attractions in the city and near bus stops. We enjoyed the quiet and residential atmosphere of the neighborhood.

The kitchen facilities were subpar. There was no kettle or means to boil water for tea, although one was provided when requested.

The location of this homestay was perfect for exploring the city. It was situated on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle, but still within easy reach of all the main attractions. This made it convenient for us to explore the city without having to travel too far.

One of the biggest disappointments was the service provided by the caretaker. He displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude towards us, which made us feel unwelcome.

The house is situated on a peaceful and picturesque street, within walking distance of great restaurants, St Francis Church, and the sea. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious with a variety of Indian dishes, tea or coffee, and fresh juice. We highly recommend this homestay for a memorable experience in Kochi.
